Partner program · May Divorce Be With You

Send them in prepared.

You already know the people who need this: the client who can't tell you what their week looks like, the listener who doesn't know what to ask, the employee whose benefits page says nothing about divorce.

Share plain-language divorce and custody resources with the people you serve. They arrive with their schedule drawn, their priorities ranked and their questions written down. Depending on who you are, you earn a commission, give your clients a discount, or both.

Why people share these

The client who walks in organized is easier to help.

Most of what fills a first meeting is background: how the family's week actually works, what matters most, what the other parent has already said. These resources get that onto paper before anyone is paying by the hour.

Shared with me in messages. Names removed. Everyone's situation is different.

Written by a mom who went through it, for the people who come after. Every resource is educational: no legal advice, no predictions about what a court will do, and a clear line that an attorney licensed in their state reviews anything before it's used.

How it works

Four steps, about two minutes to start.

  1. Apply. Tell me who you are and who you serve. I review every application myself, usually within a few business days.
  2. Get your kit. Your link or client code, ready-to-use descriptions, product images, the disclosure line and a one-page "what to say."
  3. Share it your way. A resource list, a newsletter, an intake packet, a QR card on the waiting-room table.
  4. Get paid, or give a discount. Affiliates are paid monthly. Professionals' clients save at checkout with your code.

What I ask of every partner

Share it the way it's written.

  • Say you're a partner, every time, right next to the link. "I'm an affiliate for May Divorce Be With You and earn a commission if you buy through my link."
  • Keep it educational. No promises about custody, outcomes or what a judge will do, and never call it legal advice.
  • Point to the real thing. Don't edit, resell or share the paid files.
  • No paid ads on the name "May Divorce Be With You" or the product names, and no coupon or deal sites.
  • Never pitch someone in crisis. If safety is part of someone's situation, the first step is a domestic violence advocate and an attorney, not a purchase.

Either of us can end the partnership at any time. Commissions earned before then are still paid.

Questions

Before you apply.

Do I need a website?

No. A newsletter, a podcast, a social account, a support group or an intake packet all work. Tell me how you'd share it.

I'm an attorney or a therapist. Can I earn a commission?

Many licensing rules limit taking payment for recommending something to a client, or require you to disclose it. That's why professionals get a client discount and a free copy by default. If your rules allow a commission and you'd prefer one, say so in your application. Check with your bar or licensing board first.

Does my client or follower pay more?

No. Affiliate links cost the buyer nothing extra, and professional codes give your clients a discount.

How is a sale tracked?

Your link sets a 30-day tracking window in the buyer's browser. Professional codes are tracked each time they're used at checkout.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are approved at the start of each month, after a 30-day hold, and paid by PayPal or bank transfer once you reach $50. I'll need a W-9 before the first payout.

What can I say about the resources?

Everything in your kit is approved to use as written. The short version: plain-language guides and templates that help people prepare, organize and ask better questions. Educational, not legal advice. The author is not an attorney.

How do employer introductions work?

Tell me about the organization and your connection to it. I'll take it from there and keep you in the loop. Divorce Clarity at Work is sold to employers as an educational benefit, independent of any legal plan, carrier, broker or law firm.

Can I partner if I'm outside Utah or the U.S.?

Yes, as long as you can receive payment and follow the guidelines. The resources are drafted with reference to Utah law, and every one tells the reader to have an attorney licensed in their state review it.

Apply

Tell me about you.

It takes about two minutes. I read every one.
