This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ValuED Sales LLC, doing business as May Divorce Be With You (“the Company,” “we,” “us”), collects through maydivorcebewithyou.ai, start.maydivorcebewithyou.ai, the course portal at learn.maydivorcebewithyou.ai, and our Stan storefront (the “Site”), and how we use it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

The short version: we collect what we need to send you a guide, deliver what you buy, and email you. We don’t sell your information. If someone else can see your email or phone, use an address only you can open. Please don’t send us details of your case; nothing you send us is privileged or confidential (see Terms, Section 1).

1. What we collect

What you give us: your name and email address when you request a free guide or buy a product; any answer you choose on a form (for example, which custody structure you’re looking at), used to send you the next step that fits; and anything you write to us by email or message.
Purchase information: what you bought, the price, and the date. Payment card details are entered with and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Course activity: if you buy a course, the portal records your login and which lessons you have completed, so it can show your progress.
Email activity: whether our emails are delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can tell what is useful and stop sending what isn’t.
Device and usage information: pages visited, referring page, browser type, and approximate location, collected automatically by our site platform and through cookies and similar tools (see Section 4).

2. How we use it

To deliver the free guides and products you request, and give you access to courses you buy.
To send emails related to your order or course access.
To send our newsletter and occasional updates about related resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To understand which pages and resources are useful, measure our advertising, and improve the Site.
To respond to your questions, fix access problems, and process exchanges.
To comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

FG Funnels (built on HighLevel), which hosts our pages, forms, checkout, email, and course portal;
Stripe, which processes payments;
Stan, for purchases made through our Stan storefront;
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, to measure our ads (see Section 4);
messaging tools we use to answer social media messages, if you contact us there.

We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or safety of the Company or others.

4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and tracking

Our pages use cookies and similar tools from our site platform and from Meta. The Meta Pixel tells us when someone who saw one of our ads visits a page or completes a purchase, so we can measure whether the ads are working. Meta may use this information as described in its own data policy. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings, your device’s ad settings, or your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect how some pages work.

5. A note on privacy in a hard season

People use our resources during divorce and custody matters, when privacy can matter for safety. If someone else can read your email, see your phone, or access your accounts, consider using an email address and device only you control before requesting a guide or buying a product. Receipts and card statements are written so they do not mention divorce (your card statement shows “VALUED SALES MDBWY”). If safety is a concern, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233 (text START to 88788), 24 hours a day. In immediate danger, call 911.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are on our email list or have access to a product, and as long as needed afterward for records, taxes, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (Section 7).

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. You will still receive emails needed to deliver something you bought.
Access, correction, or deletion: email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your information also removes any course access tied to it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law. Contact us and we will honor them as the law requires.

8. Security

We rely on established providers (FG Funnels and Stripe) that use encryption and industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, and we ask that you not send us sensitive details about your case.

9. Children

The Site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means the updated policy applies.
